Tattoos and body piercing background in Oaxaca, Mexico, through the eyes of a lawyer All Kaireddyn (Kai) Orta began making his own rudimentary tools for tattooing in 1996, while still in high school here in Oaxaca, Mexico. One day a neighbor saw the use of a shoe box and asked what was in it. Kai showed him the right engine, needles, ink and other accessories. The neighbor was the
